Microsoft confirms Windows Blue will be named Windows 8.1 and is free via the Windows Store

Microsoft has announced that pre-suppose Windows Blue which was the successor to Windows 8, will finally officially named Windows 8.1 . In addition, the new version will arrive as a free upgrade to Windows 8 via the Windows Store.
