Tablets Windows 8 today have very mixed feelings among consumers, partly because Windows RT is somewhat disappointing and confusing for users – a reminder it can only execute applications that have been certified by Microsoft and present in Windows Store – and the performance of ARM chips in the area are quite disappointing.
